At CAVÉ, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all items in their original, unworn condition with tags attached.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in the original CAVÉ packaging and attach the pre-paid shipping label provided via email.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; we recommend obtaining a receipt for tracking purposes.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to the original payment method or your exchange will be shipped within 5-7 business days.
